Without doubt this was a huge success. On the day 21 teams entered when about 10 were expected and at the beginning of the day the weather looked better than the forecast. There were teams from Heckmondwike, Huddersfield, Mirfield, Lightcliffe, Rainworth, Leeds & Harrogate. 3 HPC members were among the top teams.
Nell & Roger won the £30 first prize followed by Migs and Rosanna, Robin & Rita, Richard & Neil, Gordon & Ian and Tony & Darren all picking up smaller prizes down to 6th place.
Next Midweek event is at Huddersfield on Wednesday 12th April at 1030 when we’re hosting a 4 round triples. Only £9 per team with small cash prizes. Turn up on the day. Hours of entertainment for just £3 per person.
