After a hard fought afternoon with 2 games taking close to 90 minutes there were 5 Players who won all 3 games. Nell ran out overall winner with the greater points difference. Congratulations Nell.

Excellent day at Huddersfield Petanque Club for the Yorkshire Day, Peace Cup. Thanks to all 30 participants representing Yorkshire & the Rest of The World.
After a hot day in the Sun the Rest of the World won the Peace Cup this year.

New Sun Awning
The Sun awning had it’s inaugural erection this afternoon.
A small success for most people, it’s to provide shade against the sun for those members who need or prefer to sit in the shade between games.
