It was decided to a) Affiliate to Northern Petanque b) Buy PLI at £79-50 from Tennyson Insurance, c) Charge £10 a year subs and d) Leave assets to Friends of Greenhead Park in the event of the club closing down.
Playing Calendar, Late Policy, Entry fees, Prize money and extra organisers were all discussed and agreed in line with AGM papers (available on request). The major problem is a base for the club but it is hoped to resolve this with KMC in the next week. Officers were Paul (Chair), Roy (Secretary) and Sue (Treasurer). Fund raising would be done as and when. 21 members paid their subs.
