AGM & Easter egg Melee
All went well. AGM took just over 20 minutes, Pete and Margaret Cowley were elected to the committee, Subs stayed the same and are now due. No proposals were submitted for discussion and we chose Prostate Cancer as our charity for 2022.

Easter egg melee went well. Everyone won an egg but some eggs were bigger than others. The three main prizes went to Christine in 3rd place but Kevin and Margaret had identical records of 3 wins and +17 points so Kevin gallantly let Margaret take the dinosaur egg while he took the second prize.

Boule School Tuesday
Rain stopped play starting. The session on How to Point will now be on Thursday at 1300.
Ladies days
The club in association with Kirklees Council and Safer Parks Project, is offering a free taster session for ladies only on Saturday afternoons in April, May & June. Dates are 16th April, 14th May and 11th June all starting at 1pm. Free to anyone and hopefully run by ladies for ladies. Any lady members who want to turn up and help out would be welcome. We have some posters in the clubhouse if you know a womens group who may be interested.
