8 Clubs entered.
Over 60 players on the terrain all day.
14 players went home saying I reached a final and won it.
28 people can say we won a cash prize in the event.
Everyone enjoyed themselves shrugging off the heaviest of downpours but peeling of their layers as the sun came out. It started slowly as one player wasn’t there at the official start time (as he’d got lost) so we eventually started without him and fortunately he made it 7 minutes later after the first end.
We played leagues of 4 in the morning with top two in each league going through to Gold KOs and bottom two to the Silver KOs in the afternoon. There were 3 competitions running simultaneously (Pairs, Mixed Pairs and Mixed Triples). All scores were added together to find the top club.
Trafford were the top club and received the trophy from Amy as well as the envelope.
